1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PET'S FUN website (pet-fun-8215.myshopify.com). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Site and place orders. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may place orders as a guest or create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

PET'S FUN specializes in interactive pet toys, slow feeder bowls, and pet water fountains for cats and dogs. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including colors and dimensions; however, actual product appearance may vary due to monitor settings.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any products available for purchase
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized resale
  • Cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default. For international orders, the displayed price at checkout is the final price; your bank may charge additional currency conversion fees.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order confirmation is sent to your email address but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may cancel your order at any time before shipment, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment methods accepted:

  • LianLian Pay (China-based cross-border payment processor)
  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed via LianLian Pay
  • PayPal (where available)

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. All payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in China. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details, including:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days within the People's Republic of China
  • Free shipping on orders over USD 35
  • Customs and import duty disclosure

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments, though we will assist you with carrier claims where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, product descriptions, photographs, page layouts, and software — is the property of Shenzhen Jianmuchenglin Technology Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent, except for:

  • Your personal, non-commercial use of the Site as intended (placing orders, reading content)
  • Browsers' automatic caching for display purposes

"PET'S FUN" and the associated paw-print logo are trademarks of Shenzhen Jianmuchenglin Technology Co., Ltd..

9. User-Generated Content

The Site may allow you to post reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media
  • Represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the User Content
  • Represent and warrant that the User Content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party right
  • Agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your User Content

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Post User Content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our prior written consent

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHENZHEN JIANMUCHENGLIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company operating the Site and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Site, including User Content you submit
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You and the company operating the Site agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.

Arbitration shall be conducted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Shenzhen, in the English language. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND SHENZHEN JIANMUCHENGLIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Shenzhen，the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shenzhen, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the "Last Updated" date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and the company operating the Site regarding your use of the Site.
